FOUNDATIONS
2005-2010

The formative years of leadership, journalism, publishing, and early creative development.

The earliest chapter of Jeannie Tyrrell's professional archive established the foundation of a multidisciplinary career rooted in storytelling, creativity, leadership, and community service.

Beginning as Assistant Program Director at the Boys & Girls Club in Oakhurst, California, she developed early experience in youth programming, leadership, and service.

Her interests soon expanded into journalism, publishing, theatre, and film through her studies at Fresno City College and Santa Monica College.

During this period, she worked with the Rampage student newspaper as Assistant Business Manager, Reporter, and Online Editor, contributed to the launch of Intensity Magazine, gained backstage production experience in theatre, and studied journalism, costume design, film studies, and screenwriting.

These experiences formed the creative foundation that would later evolve into her work in publishing, filmmaking, and independent media.
